These passages declare the glory of God and the majesty of His creation, putting our humble beings into perspective. We see what our heart’s response should be towards God, our Creator. “I will sing to the Lord all my life; I will sing praise to my God while I live. May my meditation be pleasing to Him.” What an incredible thought that my life could be pleasing to the Creator of this world, the One who wraps Himself in light as if it were a robe. On this day, where we stop to simply worship the One, true God of this world life should be put into perspective for us. We get lost in life, yet all of life is all about Him. On this day, let us stop and simply worship our Creator God.
